Danforth is hosting a birthday bash to celebrate it’s twentieth anniversary! And thus far, the party will have representation from almost every cohort going back to the first class, which graduated in 1989. Its going to be one heck of a celebration, so come out and represent your cohort!
For the past two decades, the Danforth Educational Leadership Program has prepared dozens of students for leadership in schools across our state and nation. In celebration of these students, the Danforth 20 Year Celebration & Reunion will take place on March 20, 2008 from 4-8 p.m. at the Shoreline Center. All Danforth alumni, students, and faculty are invited to a celebration at the Shoreline Center on the evening of March 20, 2008.
This twenty year anniversary marks a major milestone for our shared work in the field
of educational leadership. Guests will be joined by speaker Ed Taylor and others, who will share their words of reflection and vision about the Danforth program.
As a part of the 20th year work, the Danforth program is undergoing a major revision process. Aimed to improve all components of the program, this reworking will address the curriculum, the internship experience, and the advisors’ and mentors’ roles.
