Margery B.Ginsberg is an associate professor in the College of Education at the University of Washington. Her teaching and research interests are intrinsic motivation as the foundation of school and organizational renewal, culturally responsive teaching, adult learning, and leadership preparation.  She is Co-Director of the AIM Center, which is housed in Seattle's Cleveland High School.
