Coordinator, Clinical Training Laboratory
402G Miller Hall

Hi,
I am the Coordinator for the Clinical Training Laboratory which is housed in the Area of Educational Psychology within the College of Education. This facility trains graduate students to become school counselors and psychologists, as well as preparing some (at the Ph.D. level) to become educators and trainers of future professionals within the field.
I facilitate schedules for our School Counseling students and their clients which can be ongoing for up to 6 months, interact with public agencies regarding our services, and maintain the facility.
I also facilitate schedules for our School Psychology students and set up their Winter and Spring Quarter practicum testing and counseling clients. I order, maintain, check out, and continuously inventory all the test kits and protocols in the Clinic.
So, if you are planning to be either a school counselor or school psychologist, please feel free to come visit with me in the Clinical Training Laboratory, 402 Miller, Room G. You may as well, because sooner or later you will be working with me.
Being a "baby boomer, military brat," I lived in 7 states before I was 12 and have continued to travel throughout my life. I have lived in the Puget Sound Area now for about 22 years (includes Vashon island, Old Town Tacoma, Queen Anne, North Seattle, the U District, and Fremont). Washington has a tremendous variety of attractions through its terrain, culture, activities, demographics, etc. It is a wonderful place to live and the UW is a wonderful place to learn.
I look forward to meeting you.
