Reva Joshee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Theory and Policy Studies of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto where she teaches courses in multicultural education and policy analysis. She completed her Ph.D. in Educational Studies at the University of British Columbia in 1995.
Dr. Joshee has a background working with the Canadian government as a community development officer in the area of multiculturalism. Her research examines issues of diversity and policy in India, Canada, and the United States, with recent publications on the arts and multiculturalism, Canadian multicultural and citizenship education, a comparative study of U.S. and Canadian multicultural policies, and diversity policies in India.
