The UW College of Education is pleased to announce our presentation ceremony and reception honoring 2008-2009 degree recipients.

Graduating students and faculty should arrive by 8:30 am. Guests should arrive and take their seats by 8:50 a.m.

What should I wear?
Wearing graduation regalia is encouraged, but not required. There will be a space provided for graduates to change into their regalia.
Where on campus is the HUB located?
The HUB is located in the central part of campus, just east of the Suzzallo and Allen libraries, along Stevens Way. You can find a map here.
How many guests may I bring?
Due to space limitations, we ask that graduates bring no more than four guests.
Who can walk?
Those students completing their degrees from Summer 2008 through Summer 2009 may participate in the College of Education ceremony, even if they have not yet completed their coursework.
The Office of Student Services already has lists of graduates from Summer 2008, Autumn 2008, and Winter 2009.
Students who plan to graduate in Spring 2009 and Summer 2009 and wish to have their name listed in the 2009 College of Education graduation program should submit their graduation information to the Office of Student Services no later than Sunday, May 17. Please provide us with your name, your degree, your area of study, your advisor’s name, and the title of your doctoral dissertation, if applicable. You may submit your information here.

Will accommodations be provided for persons with disabilities?
The HUB is wheelchair accessible. Persons needing additional assistance with seating, etc. should contact the Office of Student Services at edinfo@u.washington.edu. We are happy to help!
Will refreshments be served?
Refreshments will be provided after the presentation ceremony. Early morning refreshments may be purchased at the HUB Newsstand before the ceremony.
