for Teachers
An integral part of the work of creating a coherent system of support for emerging teachers is to create a differentiated career path for experienced teachers so that they can see a leadership continuum for themselves. The Continuum Chart helps to conceptualize and track what is needed to strengthen and sustain teachers in their unique career paths.
