Leadership Opportunities

For building and systems leaders, we offer the following degree and/or certifications programs:

Danforth Educational Leadership Program
This one-year, intensive program prepares experienced teachers to become K-12 Principals and Program Administrators.

Leadership for Learning
This three-year, part-time program prepares experienced educators for district leadership.

Professional Leadership

Master of Education in Instructional Leadership Program
This is a unique degree program to prepare teachers who hold or aspire to leadership positions in their schools. The program's flexible schedule will allow you to finish your degree in two years or less, even if you continue to teach full time.

Teacher Leadership
This nine-month program prepares experienced educators to support, lead, and advocate for powerful professional learning in schools and districts.

Master's in Education Policy
The Master's in Education Policy (MEP) is a full-time, one year, cohort program that prepares you for critical policy roles through a structured curriculum, award-winning faculty and hands-on experience during a two-quarter internship.

This center exists to support education leaders in their work of providing ALL students with high-quality, equitable learning opportunities.
