College of Education Computing & Resources

Miller Hall Computer Lab
The Computer Lab in Miller 424 is open Monday through Friday during the school year from 9:00am to 5:00pm. More»

Tech Support for COE Faculty & Staff
To ensure accurate tracking and quality of service, we ask that you submit your technology request via our online ticketing system.

Room Reservations
All reservations for Miller Hall rooms must be made well in advance of a class or event. Reservations can be made with an online request.

Technology Purchases
All COE technology purchases should be routed through the Technology department in order to streamline the purchasing process, provide aid and advice for purchases, and to obtain the maximum educational discount. Purchases for all software and hardware should be submitted via via our online ticketing system.

Reserving Equipment
The Computer Lab maintains a wide range of equipment that can be checked out by COE faculty and staff. All Equipment reservations must be made 7 days in advance of the time of checkout via our online ticketing system.

Media support and services to faculty, staff, and students includes equipment consultation, repair and maintenance, photography and digital imaging, and other media services. More»

Discounted Software Purchases for Students
The UW has a relationship with Microsoft and e-academy through which students can purchase select Microsoft software at educational discounts. Products are purchased online with a credit card and shipped. In the future, students will be able to pickup select media at the University Book Store Technology Center. More»

Faculty Digital Equipment Loan
In addition to laptops and Tablet PCs, UW Seattle faculty can now borrow data projectors, wireless PowerPoint remotes, and mini-DV camcorders. Free checkout is for several days or for an entire quarter. More»

Laptop Checkout for Students
UW Seattle students can checkout laptop computers for free from two locations: Health Sciences T-Wing and Kane Hall. Data projectors, digital cameras, camcorders, data/video projectors and screens, PA sound systems, and scanners also are available. Get information and make reservations online. More»
