Work-Compatible Format
The TLC Masters Degree with a Specialization in Instructional Leadership is designed with working teachers in mind. You will participate in an initial intensive summer program (approximately two weeks) along with your cohort members. During the academic year, you will return to campus for a monthly reflective seminar focused on building your leadership and inquiry skills. Cohort members will continue coursework through a mix of online and after-school on-campus College of Education coursework. With a second year of summer school, after-school coursework, and completion of a culminating project, you can complete your degree in two years.
