Position Description

Hello! I am seeking to find someone to support my two school-age children a few days a week after school and some weekends. 

Start date:  February 24

Location:  Magnolia neighborhood 

Hours/week:  8-12 hours per week 

Typical shift: 2:30 to 6:30 pm, every Monday and Tuesday; and every other Friday. Some every other weekend hours too. 

Regular Job Duties:  care for my two kids (son 6th grader and daughter 4th grader). Pick up son after school in Ballard. Drive home and help with homework for one hour. Then pick up daughter in Magnolia at 4 pm and help with homework for an hour. 

Prep and feed kids dinner by 6 pm. 

Desired skills:  have fun while teaching them to be good/thoughtful people, practice manners and build life skills; support their learning by facilitating homework and tutoring in daily math and occasional English/language arts assignments.
