Each of our pathways to teaching includes extensive experience in economically marginalized schools, mentoring from master teachers, and the latest research-informed teaching practices. Early childhood special education (ECSE) is a career path for educators interested in working with children from Birth through the 3rd grade. The ECSE pathway prepares you to collaborate with families, colleagues, and community members in while working with young children. You can complete this Masters program for initial teacher certification, to add a special education endorsement or for a Masters only.

The Bilingual Endorsement program is designed for educators seeking to enhance their ability to better serve and advocate for multilingual learners in their classes, as well as for those who plan to teach in a Dual Language classroom.

English Language/Multilingual Learners (ELL/MLL) Endorsement

The ELL/ML Endorsement program is designed for any certified educators seeking to enhance their ability to better serve and advocate for multilingual learners in their classes.

Reading Endorsement

This endorsement requires courses and practicum, along with the WEST-E test.
