What we are looking for in a nanny: we are a household full of neurodivergence, so we need someone who is able to understand our parenting style and values in order to prioritize, improvise and take initiative without a lot of micromanaging from us.
Our kiddo experienced significant early trauma and is also neurodivergent so she needs someone who can coregulate with her through tricky moments and support her executive function throughout transitions and tasks, while also having fun with her! She needs caregivers who prioritize relationship and who can provide boundaries/structure with warmth and connection.
